BreDigsTheJakeness you're to fabulous to be Invited. You have to demand it!

Yesterday i got a call from work (my day off) they wanted me to go in.. I lied and told them I was out of town.. ---> I was too lazy to get out of my bed you see.

If I had a job i'd be doing that every other day.

My confession is I should get a job, I should be saving up for university because I want to move to America and it's going to be really expensive...but I just can't be arsed. I would never be able to hold down a job, i'm just too lazy to get up in the morning, and I would hate wearing uniform too.

I came to Confessions for the first time today and was surprised at the depth of the comments. I think there are a lot of people worrying about things that may never happen. I used to do that - my mother still does that and I keep pointing it out to her which she doesn't always like.

I think there's nothing wrong as everyone deals with it differently. When my father died a few years ago, I was calm and accepting throughout. Now it hits me every Father's Day.

I wouldn't say there's anything wrong with that because everyone reacts to things differently.
My Grandmother died last year in March and although she had been a very important person in my life when I was a child, I didn't cry more than some tears when my Mom told me about her death on the phone. Not that I wasn't really sad, but I just didn't feel like crying.

No... people handle grief differently. When my grandpa died last August I took it really bad and I'm still not over it almost a year later. But my uncle died earlier this year and I didn't cry at all... in fact, at the family gathering after the funeral I kinda had a good time hanging out with my cousins. You never really can tell how you'll handle a thing like that... it depends on how close you and the person were and where you are in your life at the moment.

^^Hun, I feel a lot like that too... I mean, I have my kids with Jake named already for crying out loud. The way I see it, it's okay to dream... and I personally would rather get lost in one of my silly fantasies than not have any at all.

My confession: This is kinda dumb, but lately I've been getting really into numerology (again.) It's just that, all the things I read (like profiles of the personality of a person born on a certain day) are really accurate... mine is spot on.

^^Yeah, numerology has to do with the day you were born and what that says about your personality. A person has a holistic number, which you calculate by adding up all the digit in their birthdate, like mine is 8-15-88, so 8+1+5+1+9+8+8, which is 40, and you add those digits together till you get a single digit number. (Mine is 4.) A holistc number is less specific but still tells a lot abot your personality. Then each day of the year has certain characteristic. Like everyone who has the same birthdate as me will have a similar personality, but it won't be exactly the same because they probably weren't born in the same year. There's a lot more to it... but that's the basics. Basically yes, it's like a horoscope but better... and usually suprisingly accurate .

And btw, I hate people sometimes too... they're so stupid. And most of them have really bad taste in everything.

Oh another confession: I have such a baby fever that I signed up for the baby name a day e-mail newsletter.
