Thats really cool and I think that there will be a few more Jake-Fans, after you showed the pictures of him to your class.
Im so happy because I have a free day today! I have to work part-time besides my university to earn some money and yesterday I worked for 11 hours. That was bad and I was so tired when I was back home.
Last saturday, I went to an "over 25" party. That means that only people who are 25 or older were allowed to go there. It was so much fun!
Do you have this kind of parties in your countries, too?
Well, have a nice day!

For french, we had to pick 5 quotes from movies/TV shows we like, and translate them. 3 of mine are from Jake movies. Does anyone speak french who would like to tell me if I did it right?? (I don't know how to stick accents in, so just immagine that the correct accents are there)
Donnie Darko: "vingt-huit jours...six heures...quarante-deux minutes...douze secondes...que..est quand le monde...est finit."
Jarhead: "Bienvenue a le Nulle"
Brokeback Mountain: "J'espere j'ai savoi comment quitter toi."

J'espre que j'ai su comment je te quitterais (I'd use the conditional mode here).

Pretty nice btw. I wish we would do something similar in French instead of reading complicated novels and literature.

I'm really happy, because today I got discharged from the dermatologist at hospital!!

I've been going there for a while because of my excema, but now it's cleared up a whole lot and is under control. My face is a lot lighter, eyes less sunken and I just feel better than I ever have in my life.

Schools going fine. I just got my results back for my biology and chemistry units - I got a A and a B. I'm retaking the B.

English is a 3 hour exam?! Eep! I'm doing English too...that's really going to suck. Are you doing the hardy poems? They are so boring...

Well done on the corset!

I got a B and an A also in my exams. I was two marks of an A in RS. I was really annoyed. My teacher said hopefully I coul make them up in my next exam. Would be good to get an A in RS.

I am doing Robert Frost poems and then the colour purple and the scarlet letter for our selected books. The scarlet letter is the most boring book I have ever read. I found out the other day that we could have done harry potter 1 and tom brown's school days. I was sickened. It would have made it alot easier. Especially when you don't get the books in the exam.

Hope your retake goes well. I couldn't never have got such good grades in science. I was pretty crap at gcse.

Watched Capote today. Have you seen it? I highly suggest you do. Philip semour hoffman was amazing in it.

I've really wanted to see Capote ever since it came out. PSH is a really great actor and he did an awesome job portraying Truman Capote.
