Ok this is pretty random. But I'd just like to prove my point.
I've always been called an idiot for freaking out at Greek creepy-crawlies.So I took a few pictures today of this huuuge monster stuck between my window and the outer net.

It's supposedly a "grasshopper" although it looks to me more like something out of "The Mist" if anyone has seen that movie or read the book.
I mean just look at the size of that stinger.

Many years ago, we went on holiday to Switzerland where we had rented a wooden chalet somewhere midst in the mountains.
During a long walk in the countryside, I suddenly felt something crawling up between my legs. I lifted my skirt and there it was. I saw a huge grasshopper almost as large as the one in your picture Ryan. I jumped, screamed and ran as fast as I could back to the cottage. For a city girl like me this was a real nightmare.
Now you probably think "Why did she put on a skirt instead of trousers?". Well... I really don't know. That one specific day I chose to wear a skirt. That's all! Speaking of Murphy's law huh.

I never knew grasshoppers could have stingers.

off topic: I see the QAF thread is about the only thing going in Obsessions and it really has a life of its own. I loved the show but can't seem to jump into the middle of that thread.
