I live in Brooklyn, NY. Brooklyn is is one of the five boroughs of New York City.Though a part of New York City, Brooklyn maintains a distinct character of its own. Brooklyn is enriched by an almost unparalleled cultural diversity, a cutting-edge art scene and strong neighborhoods.

Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival) happens every year in late April.

Disneyland is wonderful, with friend it's even better, but there's is another parc called Parc Asterix, it's 10000 time more better than Disneyland, if you want some action LOL

your places are really awesome, I loved the pic from Chicago, the L, I think I s've seen it in movies, rgthat's why it's kind of familiar

First of all, I live in Walla Walla. A small town of about 30,000 in Southeastern Washington. We a pretty "famous" for the sweet onions that are grown in the region. But we're gaining notibility as a major wine district. It's kind of weird how the two cultures collide. The farmer types and the hipster wine people, lol. I could've sworn I had some pictures of downtown and whatnot uploaded on my photobucket, but I can't find them, so from good ol' google:

Annual Balloon Stampede "Night Glow"

The old Liberty Theater, on Main Street

Apparently we have an historic downtown. One of the oldest and best preserved in the State or something.

We're about 5 hours away from both Seattle and Portland, which are WAY more interesting. haha

OK, now how about some "unparalleled cultural diversity"? We have "Italian" neighborhoods, like Bensonhurst. Bensonhurst natives consider their neighborhood the true "Little Italy."

July 9, 2006. The 2006 FIFA World Cup - the tournament was won by Italy, their fourth world championship!

Borough Park - one of the largest Orthodox Jewish communities outside of Israel.

Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn's largest African-American neighborhood.

Brighton Beach known as "Little Odessa" is a Russian enclave. Cyrillic signs are the norm and Russian is spoken everywhere. Brighton Beach is known for its over-the-top nightclubs.

To be continued...

'You got a kid' said Jack, His shaking hand grazed Ennis's hand, electrical current snapped between them. From the
vibration of the floorboard on which they both stood Ennis could feel how hard Jack was shaking.
