Pretty sure it was grey.

Possibilities of who Grey is:

1. Brother
2. Best friend who is thought to be dead
3. Son
4. Daughter
5. Father

I read somewhere that a young Jack had been cast so I think number 5 is a strong possibility.

And JB has said it will feature heavily in episodes 12 and 13 of the series. Excitement.

What did you think of the pre-watershed ones??

Yeah,
no.5 sounds probable, and it did look like a childs hand letting go of an adult hand, in the flashback.

yeah that is what I thought. Knowing torchwood it will be something really random and no-one could have ever have thought of it.

I thought it was funny when Gwen said Jack has rubbish bedside manner and Ianto agreed. Do people really not know about them?

Yeah ,that's true . I wonder if we'll see the date .
Knowing Russel T Davies writing though , it will probably just be referred to, with a wink and suggestive remark.

Your are probably right Goldstar. Then again I think torchwood do find out about the two of them. I only think this because the previews at the end of the first episode there was definately a clip of Ianto and Jack kissing and it was definately in the hub. Dunno, maybe I look too much into these things!!!!

Digitalspy.com has posted this about tonights episode. Apparently one of the facts is wrong. personally I think the one in bold could be the missleading one. Can't wait for the end. Kiss- Ianto and Jack?? ??

The action partially takes place at St Teilo's Military Hospital in 1918.

The Torchwood Institute once had people called Gerald and Harriet working for them.

Gwen is menaced by a one-legged man in a hospital. Very David Lynch.

Captain Jack has sealed orders from past Torchwood employees that can only be opened at a certain critical time.

Owen discovers that he is to become a father after a fling with a lady who is out of this world. Literally.

A blank piece of paper is deployed by Captain Jack to explain how a Time shift works.

Two of the Torchwood team share an almighty - distinctly non-platonic - snog.

Toshiko wears a dress for an important day at the office - and we get to see her flat!

The final shot of the episode is unbelievably moving and brilliant.

Thought it was a fantastic episode. Best yet?? It was good all round. I was scared, I was sad, I was happy. I thought the guy playing Tommy was awesome. I spent the whole episode going 'I know that guy, I know him from somewhere.' So after the eppy I googled him and found that that it wasn't him I specifically remebered but his brother. Is brother is Matthew Lewis who plays Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter films. I love them both. I thought it was lovely to see Toshiko in her own right away from all the maths and brains, lol.

And the kiss... welll
