I know he is really witty and the episodes he has written are some of the best. The article I read just talks about DW, might mean TW too though

What did you think of tonights episode? Best one yet?? I loved it. everything about it. How it condemned war but that it was necessary and the switch from John Smith to the doctor. Very well done. It was very sad at the end though. When the doctor and martha hadnt aged a day but Tim was an old man. Tear in my eye.

It was good wasn't, although my son wasn't as impressed.
(he doesn't do lovey-dovey,as he calls it !!)

Wasn't old doctors make up amazing, much better than the
make up in the Lasserus episode.
That flashback scene was SO sad.

That make-up was amazing. Like you I didn't like the one in the lasserus experiment.

It was sad because the flashbacks showed a life the doctor could never have. He can't love. Like that last scene with rose, he couldn't bring himself to say the words. But in the 60s the doctor travelled round with his grand daughter so he must have loved in the past but because he never grows old, there relationship would be meaningless so to speak.

I can see why people wouldn't like it. especially the younger audience. Might not appreciate it maybe? I don't know. I thought Thomas sangaster (tim) was very good, especially when he was trying to decide what to do. I thought it was funny when the doctor says 'you will like this bit' and the tardis disappears. The noise gets me everytime. lol.

There is only four episodes left in the series. Captain Jack comes back not next week but the week after. Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah ,your right, you need the maturity that comes with age and life experience to fully "get" that episode.
It was sad at the end ,when he asked her to come with him and she refused.
It was one of the only times I can remember the Doctor being rejected by a woman.

Thomas Sangaster is shaping up to be a nice young actor isn't he. He was good in Nanny McPhee, as well.

I can't wait for Jack to be back.Did you see the trialer of the beginning of that episode? Why did the Doctor try to leave without him?

Yeah, i saw the trailer, i didn't understand that aswell. Maybe it was the whole brining back to life thing. Didn't want it to be awkward. Or it could be because the doctor knows how Jack was with Rose and doesn't want someone cramping what he and Martha have. I think there are loads of reasons.

I know I would certainly never reject the doctor. it must have been weird for her, she loved John Smith, not the doctor, they just looked the same. In that scene I was hoping the whole time she would say no!!

Never seen Nanny McPhee. Might have to watch that one. I like Thomas.

Yeah the idea of time travel always blows my mind too .
But to quote Pooh Bear

"I am a bear of very little brain"

I thought it was one of the cleverest plots on DW.
......but........more David T please !!!!!
I loved the Dr Who confidential afterwards, really interesting.
did you see it ?

P.s I love your new graphics, very good.Do you do them your self?

I swear the concept of time messes up my brain. What I don't get is you know there were loads of time lords. Then why doesn't the doctor bump into them through-out history before they all died, doing their job. Or did the war cancel them out of history past, present and future. If so, wouldn't that change all the work they had done.

Blink was deffo one of my favourite episodes. Didn't see the confidental, was at a party. will hopefully catch it on the net or on telly next week sometime, they get repeated don't they?

Would have been nice for more David but the clever and interesting plot made up for it.

I didn't make all of my signature. The icons I have got from various websites, i just put them together and put the border on. All I can muster at the present time.

Yeah they do repeat the confidential show ,after the D W repeat.

I hadn't thought of the Dr bumping into other time lords or himself !!! how mad would that be !!!

I bet Russel Davies has thought of that , maybe he thought it would be too confusing for the kids to follow

I think I might write into the Doctor Who magazine and see what they make of it. I sometimes forget it is a kids show because some epidodes can be aimed at the older audience without the sex like torchwood. Sometimes that is what I don't like about TW, all the swearing and the sex!!!!!!!!

Thanks for looking at the time for me. That is really good time because I am babysitting and always get bored so Mr Tennant can keep me entertained.

I found this. Not sure what to think of it.
