Memoirs of a Geisha. That movie is so beautifully done. I really loved it. The book is fantastic too though.

I saw Ringu for the first time last night. It was good but not as scary as I thought it'd be.

OMG that movie was shot in my city. The palace were the king (the guy with the mask who is Edward Norton) and his sister live is right by where I study (law school). We saw all the people there, Ridley Scott, Jeremy Irons, Edward Norton, Orlando Bloom, Eva Green, etc etc all in their customs, it was so cool...

The movie is ok, but I thought it would be awesome (I really like Ridley Scott as a director, but he dissapointed me a little).

^^ Ahhhh, you're so lucky! That's soooooo cool! .. *is jealous!* .. hehe! ..

Ahh .. yeah, I agree with ya, the movie was ok BUT I heard the Director's Cut version is 10 times better then the one we saw in theatres (cuz they had to cut a lot out just to make it 2 1/2 hours long. lol) so .. It's playing in a theatre out in LA and I've only heard positive reviews from people who've seen it and comments like 'THIS is the version that should have been released the first time around" .. so I'm hoping it's as good as everyone says it is. We'll find out on May 23rd!
