Hi Kesjcv,

I'm fairly new to QAF world and heavily addicted already. I discovered this series about a month ago, and after some youtube sightings I decided that I must have this series and I saw the entire season in about a week (not a lot of sleep, I tell you).

Because I thought that the love story between Brian and Justin was the heart of the show I was VERY angry, disappointed, sad with the way their story was managed at the end - a lot of things that didn't sounded true for me and after that that going on separate way !!!!! Very disheartening for me.

So, I searched till I found this thread and found about your fanfic story - Moth for the Star... beautifully written.

I love that you continued where the story in the movie stopped and that you remained true to the characters, and most of all that through flashbacks you send us to important moments in the film giving us characters insights.

I loved the story you wrote because you imagined the things very alike like I imagined them. And you write quite well - I was touched and glad that I found it!

Do you plan to write more chapters ? I hope so...

Thank you again.

Hi, Lacrimio

I was also sad when I watched the end. But not because Justin went to NY. Don't get me wrong... of couse I'd love to see them together, but, in the end, they knew they loved each other, even though they need to be separated from each other while Justin was in NY. Like Brian would say, they didn't need locks.

What makes me sad is that the gang hurt Brian so much during the show...

rememeber Brian punching Micheal? Brian was trashed for his friends and he never told why he did it... Very unfair...

another scene: during the pink posse when Justin hit Brian. Brian must've felt so sad, so hurt in that moment... Justin, the one he loved and trusted, hit him, like Jack used to. That scene shows me how much Brian loves Justin becuase Brian just let it go. Thank God Justin let the Pink Posse in time.

The gang never apologised to him. Only Ted, when he started working for Brian, stopped criticizing him and really became his friend. That's why I felt sad when the show ended. I wanted the gang to realize that Brian is kind, loving, special.

That's it. Later

P.S.: I really hope my English let me tell (write) you what I really wanted. Bye

What do you mean? Justin never HIT Brian at any time

If you mean HURT and not HIT, dont forget all the times Brian hurt Justin mentally by his treatment of him when Justin adored him

Hmm, I think she's talking about that scene from 404.

They have sex, then begin to 'wrestle' and Justin hits Brian in the face, you can see it at 1:21 and again at 1:29, than Brian hits him back. It's kinda 'playful', but it looks like real hitting.
Sorry it's in hungarian, couldn't find another version.

Second, where ever did you get that first pic, OMG, he looks like a 50"S teenager, what a beautiful picture of him. I would love to have that in a frame on my dresser, it would make me feel sixteen all over again. Ya I am crazy.

Love ya for that one, IMO the best one you ever posted.

Hi Galenut - so good to have you back.

About the animations, the problem is that they cause my computer to 'freeze' on the site and I have to wait it out or 'force quit' the site and begin again. Don't worry about it. When it's really annoying, I go do something else on another site and return to our site later.

Here jbaby - I made a slightly larger version of the pic you like.

Hi, olivia.

Well, please don't get me wrong, but I don't think that was just a playful thing between them. At least for Brian... He was very worried about Justin at that time and, during that scene, I see Brian very upset (that's what I meant when I said hurt in this case) when Justin hit him at the face. While Justin was just playing, I guess Brian was very upset about that. I'm not saying Justin had the intention to hit Brian; what I'm saying is: from my point of view, it made Brian sad and, for me, it reminded him of Jack to a certain extent.

I guess one of the most important things about Brian and Justin is that, at the end, they understand their love. No apologies. No regrets. Only their love.

It's getting quiet again people

So, a beautiful memory, and one of my favorites from last year is tonight's picture. If you're even a little handy with Photoshop, you could remove Susan's head (off with her head) and replace it with your own! I'm sure it's been done in private

Have pleasant dreams ladies......Cwazy

Hi AnaCaroll,

when you speak about that scene between Brian and Justin in season 4 ...well, I think that was more Brian being concerned about the anger and violence emerging in Justin than feeling hurt...in fact Brian just struck back- I saw that scene yesterday once more. That sex scene was, clear a bit rougher than the norm between them but expressed loud and clear how confused, angered and not really healed felt Justin right then. The Brian concern it's clear when he asked Ben and Michael about revenge and it's healing powers - or lack thereof.

As for the "family" ganging against Brian in seaons 3 opening - was as much an acquired habit by now than anything else. Everyone tended to be a bit protective of Michael - because as Brian said in season 5 "nobody plays the innocent puppy act as well as you"...or something like that, maybe I don't remember exactly. And because at that point they all thought that Brian can't feel something real deeply - I really wondered if others could have actually heard what Michael said about Justin ??!! Or they actually saw just the punch ?

Anyway ... wouldn't you find great that, in the fickle world of acting and Hollywood, some of the QAF actors still stay in touch? I was on Scott Lowell's site and he recommended for those who can to go and see Randy in Pop and wrote something like "could you imagine a more perfect cast?".

He also have a wonderful sense of humor. Although Randy and Gale are still my favorite actors from QAF cast, I must say that I think that all of them were actually great and they played every part brilliantly.

Well...this was a long post, maybe because yesterday I could't for the life of me post a reply ...I didn't find the reply button if you can imagine - how stupid it's that ?!
So now I compensate so please excuse me for this lengthy babbling.
